Suzy Teele is the Head of Marketing & Communications for Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM). In this role, she is responsible for creating and promoting the organization’s brand and mission — digitally, and through conferences and public relations. Her team is also responsible for implementing the strategies to acquire and retain members. ARM is the nation’s leading collaborative in robotics and workforce innovation.  Structured as a public-private partnership, ARM accelerates the advancement of transformative robotic technologies and education to increase U.S. global manufacturing competitiveness.

Ms. Teele has over twenty years of experience in business strategy, product management, customer acquisition and retention, marketing, sales and business development. Suzy was also an executive at several software companies, driving revenue growth as a COO or CMO.

Suzy has been recognized as an Indiana University of PA (IUP) Distinguished Alumni and has been inducted into the IUP Business Hall of Fame. Other accolades include a Greater Pittsburgh Athena Award finalist, and recognition as a Pittsburgh
technology leader. A native of the greater Pittsburgh, PA area, Suzy volunteers her time to teaching and mentoring entrepreneurs in the Pittsburgh region through programs at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, and through incubators AlphaLab, AlphaLabGear and Ascender.
