Josh Devine serves as the Economic Opportunity Strategist at Fourth Economy, a national community and economic development consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, Pa. A mission and results driven self-starter, Josh assists cities and regions in planning for growth and strengthening their economic competitiveness. He is passionate about helping communities ensure growth and opportunity reach the most vulnerable. Prior to joining Fourth Economy, Josh served in a marketing and communications capacity at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, supporting its economy, community and workforce strategies advancing the southwestern Pennsylvania region. He is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, is currently pursuing a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and serves on the board of the Pittsburgh Promise.
