Andrea Flack-Wetherald is a keynote speaker focusing primarily on applications for improvised comedy when it comes to conflict engagement and company culture. She is the founder of &Beyond, an applied-improv leadership development, consulting and coaching firm based in Pittsburgh, PA and providing services nationally. Her passion is to use the foundations of improv and the strengths-based perspective inherent to her background in Social Work to create stronger leaders, more inclusive workplaces and healthier cultures.

Andrea received her degree in Social Work from Bluffton University, and passed the State of Ohio CSWMFT Board’s LSW exam in 2010. She gained experience and training in improvisation as a theater art form at The Steel City Improv Theater, Unplanned Comedy and Arcade Comedy Theater along with production and performance experience in Pittsburgh and New York City. She lives in Pittsburgh’s North Side with her husband Kyle and their two sweet children.
