Francesca Ioffreda is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy Practice. She focuses on innovation, customer experience, and strategy work across the public and private sectors. Francesca has worked with a wide range of companies and organizations in the smart city, future of mobility, economic competitiveness, and healthcare innovation space. She is especially passionate about helping cities innovate and better serve constituent needs, and currently serves as the Smart Cities Initiative Manager for Deloitte US.
Outside of Deloitte, Francesca has worked for Mayor Rahm Emanuel in the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office, with Mayor Mitch Landrieu in the City of New Orleans Mayor’s Office, and with CVS Health in their Digital Innovation & Partnerships Lab. Francesca completed a research Fulbright Fellowship in Bogota, Colombia, analyzing the impact of the country’s flagship poverty alleviation program.
Francesca is a Zuckerman Fellow, a George Leadership Fellow, and a Forte Fellow. Francesca has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA from Claremont McKenna College.
