Terri serves as Corporate Innovation Executive at Innovation Works (IW). In this role, Terri is responsible for fostering collaboration between the start-up and corporate communities by making connections, accelerating collaboration and consulting both sides on how to work more effectively together.

Prior to taking on the role of Corporate Innovation Executive, Terri was SVP, Innovation Manager at PNC Financial Services Group (PNC), where she was responsible for developing and implementing innovation programs that cultivated a pipeline of ideas for the organization while developing “intrapreneurs.” Prior to her work in Technology and Innovation, Terri was a marketing professional with 15 years of experience between roles at advertising agencies and as SVP, Group Marketing Manager at PNC.

Terri is committed to supporting and empowering women in business by devoting her time to mentoring undergraduate female students at the University Of Pittsburgh School of Business, and serves as a committee member for a local nonprofit, Strong Women Strong Girls.  

Terri holds a bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
